My Journey
The Kitchen Collection began in my kitchen, inspired by a lifelong love of cooking, baking and the South African traditions I grew up with, where food, fires and gathering around a braai were part of everyday life. Those moments were about connection, conversation and taking time to slow down. That influence now shapes everything I create — from South African–inspired recipe books adapted for UK kitchens, to Fire Eggs, a thoughtful alternative to traditional firelighters designed to be practical, easy to use and a little fun.
More recently, that same love of flavour and nostalgia has found its way into a range of handcrafted lollipops, inspired by much-loved South African desserts and classic drink favourites. Made in small batches and completely alcohol-free, they’re designed as grown-up treats — small, flavour-led moments that bring a touch of nostalgia and enjoyment to everyday life.
My Commitment
I’m committed to creating products that are useful, well made and thoughtfully considered. My recipe books are written to work confidently with ingredients readily available in the UK, while my Fire Eggs are made using natural and recycled materials, with sustainability always in mind. My lollipops follow the same philosophy — carefully crafted, balanced in flavour and made with care.
